This fruity and aromatic rosé Syrah has been left for a full night in the winemaker. With aromas reminiscent of cherry, sour cherry and blueberry, it goes well with various meats, mature cheeses and some seafood such as tuna.

It is characterized by a bright green-yellow color, with aromatic tropical notes of grapefruit and lemongrass. It leaves a cool aftertaste, highlighting notes of lemon and stone fruit. It is served at 10-12 °C and is combined with seafood, white meats, peppery cheeses and fruits.
