With a diverse composition of Assyrtikos and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a vinification process that includes organic grapes, it is fermented in stainless tanks and at a controlled low temperature of 15-16 °C. It is characterized by a bright green-yellow color, with aromatic tropical notes of grapefruit and lemongrass. It leaves a cool aftertaste, highlighting notes of lemon and stone fruit. It is served at 10-12 °C and is combined with seafood, white meats, peppery cheeses and fruits.
